Hate writing this but....
Am American and I love the little things about a restaurant. And little things are important. Went to Rosey Jane's Sunday and had a good dinner. Wanted to get out and Rosey Jane's has been a favorite in the past.
Food was good, the Kilkenny, VERY tasty. They have a special discount agreement with Passes, an app on the phone. Not being open for a LONG time, the Rosey Jane's access was not present. Asking about this the people said there's nothing they can do. But in the past when the cell phone did an upgrade, the entire app disappeared. When this happened they happily worked and immediately got it fixed.
Last night, the phrase, "sorry, there's nothing I can do," was the only thing said. It is MORE a "sorry, there's nothing I am GOING to do," and this is frustrating.
While I know this is a little thing I would believe a business would do all they could to make their customer's happy. Especially when business is so difficult at the moment.
Was happy to see tips are now available when the bill is paid. Left one, a standard 15% of the total. But seeing this and considering tips in Russia are optional I may have to revisit this trend for me. And the return visit to Rosey Jane's will not be at the top of my list. Again, all was good except for the attitude of the management.

Good luck and have a nice life. Maybe your efforts should be to continue what you are best at accomplishing. Like, pulling wings off flies, kicking cats and abusing your children.
One last question, when your mother dropped you on your head when you were a baby, did you ever get this fixed? A friend wants to know.
